Job Summary: HVTI-Stepdown Float Pool, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital - Position: HVTI-Stepdown Float Pool RN (Auto Offer - 3x12hr Shifts Only) - Location: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital - Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, rotating day/night (7am-7:30pm & 7pm-7:30am); may be variable to meet hospital needs Required Experience: - Minimum 18 months of permanent (non-travel) experience in the specialty applied for - Minimum 18 months of recent cardiac stepdown experience (travel experience accepted) - PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred, not required - Licensing/Certifications: - Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license (must be active/in hand) - Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications - NIH Stroke Scale certification required Responsibilities: - Float to various stepdown units within the HVTI department as needed - Provide direct patient care for cardiac stepdown patients - Additional Requirements: - Must work at least every other holiday - Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate tests during orientation - Timekeeping through Qualivis - Lotus system - Other Notes: - Shifts may be adjusted to meet operational hospital needs; preferred shift will be honored when possible but not guaranteed
