Position Overview We are looking for a Structural Welder / Fitter to join our team. You will assemble, fit, and weld metal structures using blueprints and specifications. This role is perfect for experienced welders who want to grow into leadership positions or expand their technical skills in a dynamic shop environment. What You'll Do Assemble and fit structural metal components according to blueprints and specifications Measure, mark, and prepare materials for welding and assembly Perform MIG welding and tack welding as needed Cut and shape materials using plasma cutters, torches, and other shop tools Use measuring instruments (tape, square, level, templates) to ensure precision Mentor or assist junior welders and helpers when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What We're Looking For Authorization to work in the U.S. Bilingual English/Spanish (required) Experience assembling and welding structural metal components Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Skilled in MIG welding, plasma cutting, and other fabrication tools OSHA or AWS certifications are a plus Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail Physical Requirements Regular lifting, bending, and handling of heavy materials Standing and performing assembly tasks throughout the shift Consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Compensation & Benefits Starting at $23/hr (depending on experience) Stable full-time schedule, Monday-Friday Clear path to growth into Team Lead or Production Supervisor roles Supportive, safety-first team environment Why Join Us Apply your technical skills in a growing, fast-paced company Opportunity to grow into leadership positions Consistent schedule and stable work environment Competitive pay with benefits Apply today and take your welding career to the next level!
