Job Description Open to full-time, part-time, or PRN employment. Staffing Proxy is partnering with SENTA Partners to find an experienced Audiologist for Northwest ENT & Allergy Center in Atlanta, GA. Northwest ENT & Allergy Center is a leading otolaryngology practice serving the northern Georgia community, specializing in the medical and surgical care of ENT-related conditions. As an affiliate of SENTA Partners, the practice is supported by a leading Management Services Organization (MSO) dedicated to helping people Breathe better. Hear better. Live better. SENTA focuses on operational excellence and practice growth so physicians can provide the highest level of patient care, while fostering a supportive, collaborative work environment for their teams. Position Overview: In this role as an Audiologist, you will diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders for patients of all ages, using evidence-based care to improve their quality of life. You'll work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive audiological services, with a focus on accurate diagnostics, personalized treatment, and exceptional patient care in a private practice setting. Key Responsibilities: Perform hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing for pediatric and adult patients. Fit and program hearing aids to meet each patient's unique needs. Conduct Auditory Evoked Potentials (AEP) testing. Perform vestibular assessments, including VNG and caloric testing. Administer electrophysiology testing such as Electrocochleography (EcochG). Conduct otoacoustic emissions (OAE) and distortion product OAE screenings (DPOAEs). Provide custom earmolds and musician hearing protection products. Interpret test results in the context of each patient's lifestyle and communication goals. Educate and counsel patients and caregivers on results, treatment plans, and device use. Collaborate with physicians to support accurate diagnoses and coordinated care. Opportunity Highlights Professional growth within a respected, innovative medical group.
