Job Description The MEP Superintendent will be responsible for: Managing and supervising all MEP installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure seamless workflow. Reviewing and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material deliveries for MEP systems. Monitoring site safety practices and enforce compliance with OSHA standards. Conducting quality control inspections to ensure high standards are met. Providing technical support to resolve design and construction challenges. Preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and reports for MEP systems. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals. The Successful Applicant A successful MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical should have: A strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the construction industry. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical documents. Familiarity with construction management software and tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on job sites.
