Facility: Samaritan Medical Center - Watertown, NY Type: Permanent | Salary: $105,206.40 - $121,971.20 annually Shifts: Rotating 8-hour shifts (days, evenings, occasional nights) with rotating weekends. What You'll Do: Be a trusted resource on the patient care team, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other providers. Ensure safe and effective medication therapy, from reviewing orders to adjusting doses and monitoring drug interactions. Participate in patient rounds to optimize treatment outcomes. Compound sterile IV medications following USP 797 & 800 standards. Mentor and support our pharmacy technician team to uphold top safety standards. Ensure compliance with state, federal, CMS, and Joint Commission requirements. What Makes This Role Special: You'll directly impact patient outcomes every single day.
