Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and process client billing and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner Assist with general accounting duties, including data entry, account reconciliation, and file maintenance Active ownership of accounts receivable functions, including following up on outstanding payments Provide administrative support to the accounting, sales, production, and operations teams Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping reviews as needed Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records Prepare reports and spreadsheets for internal tracking and analysis Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members Support with general office tasks and assist other departments as needed Perform other administrative and financial support tasks as assigned Qualifications: Some working knowledge of basic accounting principles 1+ years of experience in accounting or administrative support preferred Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Hourly rate: $24.00-$26.00, depending on experience Schedule:Monday- Friday 7:30 am- 4:00 pm or 8:00 am- 4:3 pm Physical demands: This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a professional office environment. The employee must be able to remain seated for extended periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, and perform repetitive motions such as typing and mouse use. The role may occasionally require standing, walking, bending, and lifting light office supplies up to 15 pounds. The employee must have sufficient visual acuity to read printed materials and electronic displays, as well as adequate hearing and speech to communicate effectively in person and by phone.
