What We're Looking For: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education and/or related field preferred. Certified BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Must be CPR/FA certified (training also offered by CAFS) Must be certified in Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) interventions.
