Off Duty Officer Recruiter

About the role: We're looking for a proactive employee who is driven to bring and lead great talent to our team. This is a people-focused position in a fast-paced environment -- you've got to handle stress well, be goal-driven, and have experience in talent acquisition. You're helping to lead and motivate a team of recruiters; you'll have a ton of responsibility and must be able to manage diverse and demanding projects. In this role, your responsibilities will be: • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for various key stakeholder groups within the organization • Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for staffing initiatives and to ensure candidates are assessed on the proper criteria • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System and supporting systems • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions • Perform other related duties as required As a candidate you must have: Law Enforcement background• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience • Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience • Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as SalesForce, UltiPro • Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service • Domestic Travel up to 20% of time required • Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed We offer: • $75,000 Annual Salary • Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k for eligible employees • Paid Time Off including Sick/Safe Time • A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growth Addition Information: Investigations/Security Agency #C14164 Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
