Industrial maintenance technician

This isn't just a "fix-it" job-it's a role for a technician who takes pride in keeping a high-speed production facility running at peak performance. From blow molding and hydraulics to fabrication and troubleshooting, you'll be the backbone of our operation. salary: $66,560 - $72,800 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 7 PM education: High School Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on blow molders, trimmers, palletizers, and auxiliary equipment to ensure peak operational performance. Identify and resolve root-cause mechanical issues across production lines, including baggers and support systems, to minimize downtime. Manage equipment changeovers by performing mold and neck tooling swaps, pin adjustments, and hardware resets. Inspect, rebuild, and replace critical hydraulic and pneumatic components, including hoses, valves, and pumps. Utilize welding and fabrication skills to repair or modify machinery for enhanced durability and function.
