The Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and PRN positions. Your responsibilities will include: Triage and on-call support, including referrals and occasional home visits Medication administration and documentation Supporting ICF-IID homes with medical needs Collaborating on individualized care plans Training staff on health-related protocols Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulatory guidelines You'll be part of a team that values compassion, professionalism, and person-centered care-helping people live their best lives with dignity and independence. What You'll Need: Must be at least 18 years old Diploma or Associates degree from an accredited nursing program Active license in good standing with the SC Board of Nursing CPR and First Aid certification Strong time management and communication skills Ability to travel frequently within Spartanburg County Valid driver's license and Social Security number Ability to type 70+ WPM and navigate basic computer systems Must pass background checks, DMV screening, Medicaid exclusion, fingerprinting (if SC resident Physical Requirements: This role involves regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and hands-on support.
