Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families across all age ranges, from children to the elderly. Address chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and tackle acute and mental health issues through a patient-centered lens. Perform thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic evaluations, and curate individualized treatment plans. Engage collaboratively with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and medical experts to ensure well-rounded patient support. Take part in quality improvement projects that elevate patient care and operational success. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to accurately document patient history and interactions. Provide care in both in-person and virtual settings, catering to patient preferences and needs. Education Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from a recognized medical institution. Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine is required. Must hold (or be eligible for) an active California medical license. BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
