Duties include: • Leading and supervising a crew of commercial plumbers • Remaining hands-on in the field and working with tools as needed • Overseeing commercial plumbing installations and quality control • Supporting projects that include medical gas piping (certification not required) • Coordinating daily tasks, manpower, and workflow • Working with company leadership to train and develop crew members • Occasional travel to Greensboro or Asheboro (limited and not frequent) • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite Commercial Med Gas Plumber - Foreman Requirements • Strong commercial plumbing foreman experience required • Proven ability to lead and manage a crew • Comfortable working with tools and staying hands-on • Experience on projects that include medical gas piping (certs not required) • Willingness to help develop personnel and eventually send a crew member to med gas school • Reliable, professional leadership style • No personal vehicle required - foreman will be driven in a company truck • Must have standard plumbing tools • Must have standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots) • Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings Position Details • Location: Hickory, NC • Project Type: Commercial Plumbing / Med Gas (select projects) • Employment Type: Full-time / Long-term • Travel: Minimal (occasional Greensboro or Asheboro) • Start Date: Immediate openings Apply today.
