Job Description Title: Nurses, Registered Shift Days/Time: 1 day, 1 eve, 1 eve, night Location: Shawangunk Correctional Facility 200 Quick Rd, Ulster County, WALLKILL, NY 12589 This request is for Shawangunk Correctional Facility located at 200 Quick Road, Wallkill, NY. We are a maximum security facility that houses approx. 400 incarcerated individuals. Cell phones are not permitted. Individual needed to cover 8 hour tours of duty on any one of our shifts. (10pm-6am,6am-2pm,2pm-10pm) The Nurse administrator will be responsible for requesting services on an as needed basis. This Temporary service contract may result in multiple awards to multiple vendors. Basis for award will be best value as well as low pricing considerations.
