Role descriptionJob Role: Guidewire Business System Analyst (Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration) Job Description: Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and enhancement initiatives Gather analyze and document business and system requirements including Line of Business mapping and vendor integrations Translate business requirements into clear user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications using Agile best practices Lead and facilitate requirements workshops stakeholder interviews and design sessions Support Agile delivery teams by grooming and prioritizing the backlog and participating in PI planning sprint planning and daily standups Ensure alignment of solutions with P&C insurance operations especially claims handling processes and terminology Support solution design validation UAT planning and execution and defect triage to ensure business outcomes are met Drive continuous improvement of Agile SAFe and business analysis practices Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders through documentation status updates and presentations Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with product owners SMEs architects and developers to define end-to-end Guidewire solutions Create and maintain user stories business rules workflows and integration requirements Facilitate UAT execution including test case review business signoff and defect resolution Act as the onshore point of contact for offshore development and QA teams Support integration design discussions ensuring alignment with upstream and downstream systems Perform impact analysis for change requests and new feature introductions Ensure compliance with SAFe Agile framework and organizational delivery standards Leverage tools such as Azure DevOps ADO for backlog management and Agile tracking Contribute to knowledge sharing and improve documentation standards across the program
