Job Description The Interiors Project Manager - Corporate Office - Chevy Chase, MD will: Lead multiple commercial interior renovation and tenantfitout projects, typically between $200K-$1M Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and subcontractors Oversee project financials, budgets, schedules, and overall performance Manage submittals, RFIs, procurement, and change orders Coordinate project kickoff, weekly updates, site progress, and closeout Ensure quality control and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients Provide leadership to field teams while maintaining an autonomous, nonmicromanaged approach Uphold company standards of safety, professionalism, and client service MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
