Take the lead on the vital systems that make our production possible. This role is for a project manager who understands that "the building" is actually a complex machine. You will manage the execution of MEP-heavy projects, focusing on the integration of utilities into active production environments. Core Impact Areas: • MEP Execution: Manage the day-to-day installation of electrical panels, mechanical ductwork, and process piping, ensuring all trades are sequenced to avoid production downtime. • BIM & Clash Detection: Utilize Bluebeam and BIM tools to resolve spatial conflicts between MEP systems and structural components before they reach the field. • Field Engineering: Act as the technical point of contact for MEP subcontractors, reviewing RFIs and submittals to keep the project on its critical path. • Operational Integration: Work with Facilities Engineering to ensure MEP systems meet long-term maintenance and operational reliability standards. Proficiency in the following industrial construction stack: • Software: Primavera P6 or MS Project; Procore (or similar PMS); Bluebeam; BIM/Revit awareness. • Systems: High-voltage electrical distribution, industrial HVAC/Mechanical, process piping, and structural steel. • Standards: OSHA 30, building codes, and integrated safety management. Required Experience/Education: • 5-9 years of direct experience in industrial or high-complexity commercial construction. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering or Construction field. Key Skills: • Execution Focus: Deep experience in schedule recovery, trade sequencing, and field-level problem-solving. • MEP Integration: Strong understanding of how to weave electrical and mechanical utilities into active production lines without shutdowns. • Documentation: Expertise in managing the RFI and Change Order process to prevent scope creep. • Safety: OSHA 30 certification and experience leading safety audits.
