Title: HCM Analyst Contract: 04 months with possible extesion & Hire on W2 Location: Tampa Florida 33610 United States Job Description : About the team: The organization strategy and business office analyst sits in the newly created Risk Data and Technology transformation team of the Enterprise Risk Management function. The team will lead Risks Data and Technology transformation across the firm and is responsible to: Establish, maintain, and communicate the Enterprise Risk Data and Tech transformation Management data strategy. Create and deliver technology implementation roadmaps, ensuring that both business and regulatory requirements are met; and Drive implementation and adoption of consistent data management standards and capabilities to support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework adoption across the enterprise and relevant businesses / functions / regions. About the role: This role is part of the Organization strategy and business unit function, responsible to drive the organizational build out of the Risk Data and Technology transformation team and for the business strategy & planning, financial management, and day-to-day support. This includes consistent and timely execution of administrative initiatives and management of a cadence of operating rhythms and routines for the global organization. The team will support, prepare for and/or represent the organisation in relevant forums, helping coordinate strategy and key initiatives as needed. They will be required to balance multiple priorities on a daily basis and must be able to respond quickly on time-sensitive deliverables and will need to demonstrate sound judgment, exceptional relationship management, communication and influencing skills at all levels, and a strong focus on execution. The successful execution of this role requires the incumbent to demonstrate a wide range of financial, business, and inter-personal skills, the ability to multi-task, and to function comfortably amidst conflicting objectives in a high pressure environment. Responsibilities: • Manage the organization headcount reporting to ensure headcount is forecasted, budgeted, and tracked, partnering closely with the Risk and ERM CAO teams • Provide oversight and support throughout new hire onboarding process • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of contractors, including onboarding and tracking of contractors in line with approved budget • Assist leadership in execution financial responsibilities including budget approvals, travel requests etc. • Prepare key presentations and communications to a wide range of stakeholders, including the internal team, regulators, front line units and Risk leadership • Support coordination, planning and production of materials for Town Halls, Leadership Offsites, and other team events. • Support the team employee engagement / VOE initiatives • Support the development of communication across multiple platforms including SharePoint, Email and Newsletters. • Support the organization governance related activities including controls monitoring, issues management and coordinating the quarterly and annual risk assessment process across the team Knowledge/Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in related field. • 6+ years relevant experience in business management, a CAO/COO/COS role, finance or related field. • Previous experience within a highly complex, global financial institution or related industry • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentation development. • Knowledge/previous experience in Risk Management desirable • Previous experience working in a transformation program in a highly regulated environment desirable Skills: • Entrepreneurial self-starter with excellent analytic and creative problem solving skills. • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop peer-like relationships with senior leaders throughout an organization. • Focused attention to detail plus ability to see the big picture. • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving, with the ability to navigate a large network • Strong time management, with ability to work independently under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
