Job Description As a Senior Specialist - Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting our supplier marketing co-operative (co-op) function. You will be part of a marketing team who will manage day-to-day marketing co-op activities and operations including process improvement plans, program governance, and competitive analysis. You will help drive supplier engagement and overall co-op stakeholder feedback to ensure we meet mutual performance and growth objectives. Responsibilities: Coordinate with key contacts to support co-op marketing activities for assigned strategic business units or areas, spanning market awareness, customer engagement, sales enablement, and demand generation. Utilize Wesco's partner portal and project management system to ensure timely execution of program commitment deliverables. Ensure scheduled programs are completed and communicate results, best practices, and successes. Research new marketing approaches and programs, analyze trends, track results, monitor program performance, and conduct competitor research. Understand and interpret data to identify future mutual Wesco and supplier growth opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant industry preferred. 4 to 5 years required, 6 years preferred of product, solution or field marketing experience, preferably in Fortune 500 company. Marketing strategy and implementation, including a working knowledge of multi-channel marketing and associated best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with an ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to internal and external groups. Highly organized and detail oriented, with a customer-centric focus and commitment to quality. Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to spot questionable information or unusual data trends, combined with a disciplined problem-solving process that applies conceptual thinking to identify root cause(s) and provide appropriate solution(s). Able to spot new and evaluate existing business opportunities, including the ability to ask good questions, look beyond the obvious, and see the "big picture." Strong mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), working knowledge and at least basic- to intermediate-level HTML or wordpress skills. Strong creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and entrepreneurial drive; able to work with autonomy and self-direction. Able to influence others through effective negotiation techniques and strong interpersonal skills, meet deadlines, and deliver results. #LI-BW1 About Us This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
