Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is hiring for an Accounts Payable Tech in Newark, NJ. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below. Location: Newark, NJ Duration: 9 month contract Pay rate: $ 22.50/hour Job duties for this position include: Responds to complaints and concerns by resolving issues immediately whenever possible. Organizes work process to accommodate customer needs, including internal customers and co-workers Meets or exceeds customer expectations for service Acts as a role model for Service Excellence. Maintains professional composure in the work place. Works effectively with team to ensure customer service scores for work area meet/exceed targets Demonstrates respect for patient rights Reviews, summarizes, and posts all time and attendance data as pertains to personnel Calculates and adjusts accrued vacation and sick leave allowance. Runs reports to determine if eligible for Float Holidays at the beginning of the calendar year for LOA employees and adjusts same Maintains time and attendance submission control logs and follows-up with departments failing to comply with input due date schedules Creates, runs and downloads Payroll edit reports on a regular basis from WFM and notifies timekeepers of discrepancies.
