They are actively seeking a Detail-Oriented Drywall Estimator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate brings experience in commercial interiors and a strong ability to accurately assess and bid drywall and framing projects. What You'll Be Doing: Prepare detailed cost estimates for drywall, framing, and finish scopes Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Conduct quantity takeoffs and review subcontractor/vendor quotes Collaborate with the project management team to develop competitive bids Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize cost savings Maintain historical cost data and stay current on industry pricing What We're Looking For: 3+ years of estimating experience in drywall and metal stud framing Proficiency with estimating software (QuickBid, OST, or similar) Strong understanding of construction documents and scopes of work Excellent math, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet bid deadlines This is a confidential opportunity managed by Solid Rock Recruiting.
