Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Data Collection: Unit Information: Location: St. Davids Rehab Hospital (on SDClient campus) Building: Rehab Floor: 2,3,4 Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 636 Discipline: Rehab Nursing Quantity: 2 Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: 7p-7a Call Requirements: NA Weekends: Rotating General Information Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds - 64; divided on 3 floors • Number of Staff - roughly 130 • Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 charge, 4 nurses, 3 PCTs per floor if full census o Night Shift - 1 charge, 3 nurses, 2 PCTs per floor if full census • Patient Ratios - 5:1 on days; 6:1 on nights • Type of equipment - work stations on wheels, portable lifts, ceiling lifts, sara stedys • EMR - Meditech • Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) - yes Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • Med-surg, neuro, ortho, rehab, LTACH or long term care experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. • Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): • ccuchecks, Pegs, ports, piccs, trachs, IVs • Best personality Fit: • Team player, dynamic, helpful, nice, patient focused • Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. • Scrub Color - solid color NAVY blue • Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. • Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. • HCA Center of Excellence for Brain Injury, Young Stroke, Amputee, Spinal Cord Injury • Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. Remember it is very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent .
