If Yes, Here's How You Will Contribute to the Team: As an LPN/LVN in Sub-Acute Care, you will work under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing professional nursing services in accordance with policies and procedures. You will collaborate with the care team, take vital signs, and contribute to the development of care plans for residents. You will also delegate tasks to facility staff and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and their families. Above all, you will treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.
