Job Description Lead and manage all phases of construction projects within the hotel and healthcare sectors. Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies as needed throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative working environment to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
