Job Description Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the unique needs of patients and create personalized therapy strategies that empower them to accomplish their goals. Implement Therapeutic Measures: Apply research-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living capabilities. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver a comprehensive approach to patient care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide support and instruction to patients and their families on therapeutic practices that promote ongoing improvement at home. Oversee and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure every patient stays on track.
