Household Goods Straight Truck Driver / Helper

Description We are seeking a Local Household Goods Driver/ Helper to join our Roanoke, VA team. This role involves transporting customer belongings safely and professionally. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations. Greet customers and conduct walkthroughs of premises. Wrap, pack, and load household goods for safe transport. Supervise and direct labor crews during moves. Deliver customer possessions safely to their destination. Inspect truck and equipment before and after trips. Complete all required paperwork and logs accurately. Qualifications Standard Driver's License At least 1 year of experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. unassisted. Comfortable working in various temperatures and weather conditions. Able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. Must pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug test.
