Position Responsibilities:- Oversee daily branch operations- Develop and implement sales strategies- Monitor inventory levels and manage vendors- Lead and motivate a team of employees- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Position Essential Job Functions:- 2-5 years of experience as a branch manager or general manager in lumber and building materials- Strong leadership and communication skills- Knowledge of building materials industry trends- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
