Leading General Contractor with Ultra Luxury Homes Growth Opportunity with strong pipeline of projects for several years About Our Client Our client is a reputable General Contractor that builds Ultra Luxury Homes that are $10M and above. Job Description Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients Perform layout for subcontractors work Develop and maintain site logistics plan Deliver the perfect home to clients with only the best finishes Conduct quality inspections Monitor costs, including labor time and material Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates Prepare and submit Daily Reports Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 10 + years of High-End Construction Experience Ultra Luxury Estate Home Construction - $10M - $30M Must have layout experience Strong experience with Project Management Software: ProCore, Builder Trend or similar software OSHA-30 Certification preferred Strong ability to read drawings and specifications Expertise with Level 5 Finishes and 0 punch Strong attention to detail and client care.
