This leader will oversee a high-volume, well-established ENT program, providing comprehensive adult and pediatric services with sub-specialty support in Head & Neck, Rhinology, and Otology. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership experience, a commitment to education, and a passion for clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage ENT department operations, faculty, and staff. Support a high-volume practice across outpatient, surgical, and subspecialty services. Provide mentorship and development opportunities for junior faculty and staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, advanced practice providers, and support staff to optimize patient care. Participate in academic activities, including teaching residents, fellows, and medical students. Oversee clinical programs, quality initiatives, and operational improvements within the ENT department. Engage in professional service, including program development and strategic planning. Qualifications MD/DO with Board Certification in Otolaryngology. Minimum 5+ years of experience in clinical practice and academic leadership. Fellowship training preferred. Proven record of academic accomplishments and program development. Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and faculty.
