Job Description ProspectBlue is partnered with a leading Mid-Atlantic hospitality ownership, development, and management company to identify a dynamic Corporate Controller to join its executive leadership team. This organization operates a diverse portfolio of 70+ branded full-service, focused-service, and extended-stay hotels affiliated with premier hospitality brands including Hilton, Marriott, and IHG. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, offering strong visibility, strategic influence, and a clear advancement path toward VP of Accounting and/or CFO. The Opportunity The Corporate Controller will lead financial operations across the company's multi-property hotel portfolio, driving accuracy, operational excellence, and strategic insight while developing and mentoring a strong accounting team.
