Your Role: As a Night Shift Maintenance Technician, you'll be integral to maintaining our production equipment and machinery. Your responsibilities will include: Working collaboratively with Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure equipment reliability. Monitoring settings, gauge readings, and sensors to keep machines operating efficiently. Conducting regular preventative maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and lubrication of crucial components. Identifying and reporting machine abnormalities for timely repairs. Performing adjustments and replacing parts such as belts and filters as necessary. Cleaning and reassembling equipment per OEM specifications. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Safety is our priority. Depending on the tasks, you may be required to wear PPE, including safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, and more. Must-Haves: We're looking for candidates who possess: At least 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician. A proactive attitude and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English for effective communication. Basic math skills for standard calculations. Capability to pass a Ramsay testing assessment. A team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Haves: While not required, the following will give you an edge: 4+ years of experience in a similar role. Completion of the PECNA maintenance apprentice program. Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments. Experience with PLCs.
