This role requires strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and proven experience managing global delivery teams, including offshore resources. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with delivery excellence to ensure successful implementation of complex, enterprise-scale solutions.  Key Responsibilities:  Delivery Leadership: Own the delivery lifecycle for strategic insurance technology initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.  Solution Architecture: Collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, microservices, and event-driven architectures.  Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business, technology teams, and offshore partners to align requirements and delivery goals.  Team Coordination: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, fostering collaboration and adherence to best practices.  Modernization Programs: Drive transformation from legacy monolithic systems to modern, modular platforms using Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Cloud adoption, Agentic transformation and Event Driven framework.  DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies to accelerate delivery and improve reliability.  Risk & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards within the insurance domain.  Continuous Improvement: Promote innovation through adoption of emerging technologies such as AI-driven insights and workflow automation.
