Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive care for individuals and families throughout their lifespan, from children to seniors. Manage chronic illnesses, preventive health measures, urgent health issues, and mental health challenges with a focus on patient-centered care. Conduct thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic test results, and design tailored treatment plans. Engage with care teammates, behavioral health experts, and specialists to promote a rounded approach to health care. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise, up-to-date documentation of patient interactions. Offer both in-person and virtual care options to fit the needs of each patient. Education Requirements MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution. Successful completion of a residency program in Family Medicine. Certifications Board Certifications in Family Medicine (must be current). Eligible for a Texas medical license (or already possess one). BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
