Responsibilities Deliver expert medical nutrition therapy by performing comprehensive nutritional assessments and designing personalized interventions-including diet therapy and specialized supplements-to optimize patient outcomes. Orchestrate collaborative clinical care by partnering with physicians, nursing, and therapy teams (Speech/PT) to ensure nutritional regimens are seamlessly integrated into the patient's total care plan. Drive pharmaceutical and clinical access by managing prior authorizations for anti-obesity medications and providing "real-time" dietary education within the clinical setting to ensure patients are empowered to succeed. Lead community health and program innovation by designing virtual and in-person group classes, creating educational resources, and engaging in public speaking to expand the program's reach. Ensure operational and safety excellence by monitoring diet compliance, auditing tray accuracy, and maintaining rigorous sanitation standards to guarantee a safe, high-quality environment for patient nutrition. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
