Job Title: Cosmetic Registered NurseLocation: Carmel, IndianaEmployment Type: W-9 Independent ContractorCompensation: 22 to 27 per hour plus tipsTraining ProvidedAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Cosmetic Registered Nurse to join our medical aesthetics spa in Carmel. This position is open to RNs with or without aesthetic experience. Training will be provided for all treatments and clinical procedures. Candidates must have an active RN license and be available to start as soon as possible.Responsibilities• Perform aesthetic treatments after completing required training, such as chemical peels, RF skin tightening, microdermabrasion, microneedling, LED therapy, and other noninvasive procedures• Assist with client assessments, treatment preparation, and after care instructions• Follow safety, sanitation, and clinical standards at all times• Maintain accurate electronic charting and treatment documentation• Support clinical operations and assist the medical team during procedures• Provide professional and consistent client careQualifications• Active Registered Nurse license; compact license is preferred• Aesthetic experience is preferred but not required• Willing to complete training in aesthetic procedures• Professional communication and strong attention to detail• Able to work in a fast paced clinical environment• Ready to start immediatelyWhat We Offer• Hourly rate of 22 to 27 plus tips• Training and development in medical aesthetics• Opportunity for future advancement into injectable services• Contractor position; responsible for personal taxes and benefitsHow to ApplyIf you are an RN who wants to grow in the aesthetic field and join a professional clinical team in Carmel, please submit your application.
