HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL have at least 5 years of hands-on coding experience within the last 7 years (Experience on resume must show: project scope, project cost, project start and end dates, and client name.) Bootstrap at least 4 years hands on coding experience within the last 7 years (Experience on resume must show: project scope, project cost, project start and end dates, and client name.) SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2016 at least 5 years hands on experience within the last 7 years (Experience on resume must show: project scope, project cost, project start and end dates, and client name.) ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThe client has developed approximately 15 internal application used across the agency. The underlying technology used to develop the applications are .net C# and SQL Server. The .net version needs to be upgraded to .Net 10 which was released late last year (2025). Currently the client is on .net version 4.6.1 which means many items would need to be modified to work in .Net 10.Project Summary: The 15 applications all will need to be upgraded to .Net 10 which will include code modifications, testing, and deployment to production. We need each application to be converted in a timely manner since we will need to hold off on enhancements while the upgrade is happening. So to reduce the need for double testing and making changes in both versions we need for it to be done as quickly as possible.Business Requirements: Upgraded versions of the application will perform the same functions as the version currently in production. Analyze and convert the application from the older version of .net to .net 10.Scope of Work Task 1: Application upgrade from current .net version to .net 10. Task 1 Deliverables: A. For each application, analyze and make the needed modifications so that the application with function in .net 10. Task 2: Make necessary changes so that the application will function correctly Task 2 Deliverables: A. Testing the application making sure all areas function B. Compare the old version to the new version and make sure the functionality is the same Task 3: Bug fixing Task 3 Deliverables: A. Fix any bugs found Task 4: Promote to Production Task 4 Deliverables A. Move the .net 10 version of the application to production and retire the old version Task 5: Documentation and Knowledge Transfer Task 5 Deliverables: A. For each application, make sure to document the modifications made B. Knowledge transfer of each converted application to staff
