Position Details: Twin County Regional Healthcare, a Duke Lifepoint Hospital, is seeking qualified primary care physicians to join our team in expanding our primary care services to the greater Galax region of southwestern Virginia. Employment: Physician Group Employed Position (hospital employed) Expectations: Full-time in-office care consists of 20-25 patients per day with 40-50 new patients a month, covering outpatient clinic, newborn nursery, minimal inpatient and delivery care Current Practice Structure: Physicians, APPs, clerical staff, LPNs, Lactation Consultant, Office Manager Schedule: Standard office hours; PSA schedule dependent on physician and administration Location: Office located less than 1ml from hospital.
