The Opportunity Join the Income Franchise team, where you will engage in multi-state income tax planning and compliance. As a Manager, your focus will be on leading teams, managing client accounts, and mentoring junior staff to ensure exceptional project outcomes. Your leadership will be key in motivating team members and maintaining high-quality standards, while your strategic insight will help identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities Engage in multi-state income tax planning and compliance Lead teams and manage client accounts with a strategic focus Mentor junior staff for professional growth Maintain project success and uphold quality standards Motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations Identify opportunities to contribute to the Firm's growth Embrace technology and innovation to enhance service delivery What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 4 years of relevant experience CPA, Bar Membership, or other relevant credentials preferred What Sets You Apart Master's Degree in Taxation or Political Science preferred Knowledge of multi-state income tax planning and compliance Experience with FAS 109 and unitary filing Track record of building and maintaining client relationships Capability to manage resources and project workflows effectively Experience supervising teams and fostering improvement Ability to develop new client relationships and services Familiarity with CRM systems Understanding of automation and digitization in professional services PwC is an equal opportunity employer. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000, with actual compensation depending on skills, experience, and location.
