The service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors and ensures repeat customers. Service Managers are a pivotal role in the Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair company. They are expected to increase gross shop sales and profits.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the automotive service centerEnsure that all customer needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional mannerDevelop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitabilityManage and train a team of service technicians and support staffMonitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and suppliesImplement and enforce safety procedures and protocolsPerform quality control inspections of repairs and maintenance servicesMaintain accurate records and reports on service center operationsEnsure compliance with all company policies and proceduresAre you a tech savvy self starter looking for a great opportunity?
