CNC Lathe Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision parts.Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts to engineering drawings and specifications- Select and install tooling, make adjustments, and perform offsets as necessary- Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine programming, tooling, or machine malfunctions- Maintain a clean and safe work environment- Follow all safety protocols and proceduresRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC lathe machinist- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings- Ability to perform basic machine programming and set up- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality parts- Knowledge of GD&T and quality control procedures- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong communication skillsThis is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
