Our focus is on executing Finance Systems Strategies, and you will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing cutting-edge technologies such as Oracle-NetSuite to drive success in the Finance arena. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to clients utilizing new Finance technologies, including NetSuite, while also contributing to finance transformation initiatives that blend finance and technology consulting. As a Manager, you will collaborate with a team of problem solvers to tackle complex business challenges from strategy formulation to execution. Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems Preferred Certification(s): CPA, NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Authorized ARM/Revenue Management Consultant, NetSuite Multibook Accounting Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities in addressing client needs, including: Leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations from a functional perspective. Coordinating teams of onshore and offshore resources through comprehensive NetSuite implementations. Implementing key NetSuite workstreams such as order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report. Utilizing the Advanced Revenue Management module in NetSuite. Employing SuiteBilling module for effective transaction management. Designing complex customizations within NetSuite. Creating integrations, with knowledge of integration platforms compatible with NetSuite. Conducting various testing types required for successful system implementation. Understanding financial and accounting concepts, including general ledger functionality and month/year-end closing processes. Demonstrates a proven track record as a team leader, including: Exhibiting strong communication skills, particularly in articulating complex ideas clearly. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, with actual compensation depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
