(RequirementsAs a Property Manager, your responsibilities will include: Responding promptly and professionally to owner and guest concerns throughout their stay. Inspecting properties to ensure they are spotless, fully stocked, and ready for guest arrival. Preparing detailed and accurate reports on property conditions. Addressing missed cleaning tasks when necessary; organizing closets, drawers, and other areas to maintain a tidy, guest-ready environment. Troubleshooting owner and guest issues and developing clear action plans to resolve them. Creating and managing work orders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely completion. Navigating, operating, and understanding multiple software systems and platforms. Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborating effectively with team members and contributing to a positive, supportive work environment. Requirements: This position is full-time, year-round, position located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This position requires flexibility, including the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand during entire shift. Ability to walk up and down stairs. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation. Must be willing to travel within the New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Shores area. Must be proficient on Microsoft Office. Experience in the property management, hotel, or hospitality industry is required.
