About the job CDL-A Truck Driver W2 Position 1300-1500 Weekly Now hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets. Entry-level drivers who have completed CDL school may qualify for our paid training program. We offer stable freight, structured onboarding, and dependable home time. Position Summary • W2 employment with consistent year-round work • Dry van freight • Majority no-touch freight with strong drop-and-hook percentage • Late-model 2024-2025 Freightliner and Kenworth equipment • Fleet placement based on availability and business needs Compensation & Benefits • $1,300-$1,500 per week • Weekly direct deposit • Paid orientation • 3-5 week paid training for eligible drivers • Safety and performance-based bonus opportunities • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with company match after eligibility • Paid time off and holidays • Company-paid life and AD&D insurance • Rider and pet policy Schedule & Home Time • Weekly or biweekly home time depending on route • Predictable miles and steady dispatch support Entry-Level Training Path Drivers with a minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school may be eligible. Training covers safe tractor-trailer operation, hours-of-service compliance, inspection procedures, load handling standards, and company safety policies. Progression to solo status is based on performance evaluations. Driver Responsibilities • Operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations • Maintain accurate logs, trip reports, and DVIRs • Adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery appointments • Conduct daily equipment inspections • Maintain professional communication with operations and customers Minimum Qualifications • Valid Class A CDL OR completion of 120-hour accredited CDL training program with eligibility for company-sponsored training • Safe driving history • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening We focus on operational consistency, modern equipment, and a structured path for both experienced and entry-level drivers.
