This role requires strong enterprise architecture skills to integrate AI/GenAI with Oracle HRM, Workday, payroll, ITSM, and workforce experience platforms. The Architect will also drive adoption of MCP to orchestrate multi agent and system to system AI workflows, ensuring security, compliance, and enterprise grade scalability. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Define the AI/GenAI and MCP architectural roadmap for Oracle HRM and enterprise HR ecosystems. Translate business use cases (recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee experience, workforce analytics) into scalable AI/MCP driven solutions.
