Train to operate machines once they are fully operational. Utilize hand and power tools effectively. Contribute to various areas as the company ramps up production. Essential Skills Experience with production processes. Proficiency in machine operation. Ability to accurately use a tape measure. Experience with construction-related tasks. Skill in using power and hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with roll forming machine operation is a significant advantage. Willingness to train and learn new skills.
