Responsibilities -Responsible for developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs -Must be able to interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tools and machining strategies, and collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes -Write, revise, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines, as well as translate engineering drawings and 3D models into accurate machining instructions -Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality control to resolve machining issues and ensure product conformity -Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction and scrap minimization -All other related duties as assigned Qualifications -5+ years of experience operating/programming CNC machinery -HS Diploma/GED; Associate's Degree in machining/manufacturing preferred -G-Code and CAM experience required -Familiarity with CNC tools required -Positive attitude, ability to work well with others, and excellent attention to detail are required.
