Responsibilities: • Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and membership sales accurately and efficiently • Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information and resolving inquiries • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area at all times • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Qualifications: • Basic Computer Skills • Administrative Experience • Customer Database Experience • Customer Service Experience • US Work Authorization Compensation: $16 hourly• Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and membership sales accurately and efficiently • Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information and resolving inquiries • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area at all times • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
