Certifications Requirements: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification/licensure. Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of related experience in behavioral support or similar roles. Other Requirements: Resume showcasing RBT licensure, ability to work full-time face-to-face, strong observational and data collection skills, ability to coach staff on behavioral interventions, background check compliance, excellent communication skills, and physical ability to support students as needed.
