Travel Wound Care Provider

Join Quality Surgical Management (QSM), a leader in bedside and clinical wound care management with over 30 years of experience. We are expanding our team and looking for an exceptional Medical Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathy, or Nurse Practitioner (MD, DO, or NP) to join us as a travel provider. As a travel provider, you will play a crucial role by: Covering vacant territories and establishing new facilities. Providing coverage for FMLA, vacations, or sick leaves. Delivering bedside surgical wound care services while ensuring top-notch customer service. QSM offers standardized training for all providers. The selected candidate will complete: Two (2) weeks of at-home didactic training. Six (6) or more weeks of practical field training across various states where QSM operates. All training is compensated, and travel expenses are fully covered by the company. Essential Skills: Unencumbered licensure as an MD, DO, or NP (Adults, Geriatric, or Family). Strong customer service and communication skills. Able to travel, including via car and plane, with overnight hotel stays. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Understanding of proper documentation and standard of care practices. Ability to participate in mandatory meetings and corporate conferences each year. In-person direct patient examinations are required, and you must be able to stand or sit for extended periods. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull/carry equipment, and communicate effectively in English. Must be reachable by cell phone during working hours. Flexible working hours to meet client needs. Ability to exercise clinical judgment and discretion daily. Skills to delegate tasks, provide clear instructions, and collaborate with other professionals. Willingness to provide telehealth services if required. Preferred Skills: Experience in wound care is beneficial but not mandatory. A minimum of two years as a provider is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Salary: Competitive base salary with bonus opportunities.
