We are seeking enthusiastic Team Leaders, aged 18 and older, to inspire Crew Members during their shifts to meet Dunkin'/Baskin operational standards and create a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities include: Collaborating in a Team Environment Fostering a respectful workplace culture Communicating shift priorities, goals, and results with team members Assisting in the training of crew members as necessary Providing constructive feedback and coaching to crew members Ensuring Operational Excellence Cultivating a guest-first culture in the restaurant Addressing and resolving guest issues effectively Maintaining adherence to Brand standards, recipes, and systems Ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy work atmosphere by following safety protocols; complying with local and state regulations Driving Profitability Meeting and exceeding sales targets Implementing restaurant standards and promotional initiatives Managing cash handling during shifts Ensuring all products are prepared per Brand standards Sales Growth Efforts: Taking responsibility for understanding all in-store marketing promotions Executing new product roll-outs and effectively selling to Guests Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant throughout shifts Utilizing suggestive selling techniques Reporting product issues to the Restaurant Manager Key Competencies: Guest Focus: Anticipates and exceeds guest expectations, fostering long-term relationships and promptly addressing guest concerns. Passion for Results: Sets and upholds high standards for self and others, driving personal accountability and team success. Problem Solving and Decision Making: Proactively identifies and resolves issues using available information and collaboration. Interpersonal Relationships & Influence: Builds healthy relationships with team members while adhering to company policies and maintaining integrity.
