Overnight Corrections Registered Nurse

Location: Napanoch, NY (Eastern NY Correctional Facility) Schedule: 5 shifts, 40hrs/wk. Overnight, 11:00pm - 7:00am. Start Date: Immediately Contract End Date: 11/30/2026 Pay: $64/hour Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Eastern NY Correctional Facility. This position involves providing crucial healthcare services to the correctional population, ensuring patient care and safety at all times. Certification Requirements: ACLS Active RN license Job Description: This role requires an RN with strong assessment and triage skills, preferably with hospital and/or ER experience. Candidates should be willing to learn the necessary computer systems for daily operations. While correctional experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, applicants must have at least 1 year of post-license nursing experience to be considered. Flexibility is essential for this position, as it may require work on weekends and holidays.
